Baseline Basketball is a quick-play basketball game that will give you the complete results of a game with about 24 rolls of the dice. The game will also compute the number of points scored by each player. The game requires one 50/50 decider die, three same colored d6 dice, and two same colored d6 dice, and two different colored d10 dice.

GAME PLAY:
Each team has three (3) scoring segments per quarter for the Professional game (12 total), five (5) segments per half for the College game (10 total) and four (4) segments per half (8 total) for the WNBA teams.

For each segment a team rolls the OFF/DEF decider die, plus a 3d6 for the ARC/PAINT/FT roll. In the corresponding OFF/DEF column, read the total of the 3d6 to determine the resulting category.

Once you have the result (Either Arc, Paint, or Free Throw), then you roll a 2D6 corresponding with the pre-rolled OFF/DEF and read the appropriate column to determine the number of points scored for that segment. If DEF is rolled then you would also read the points from the DEFENSE section of the opponent’s card.

That score goes in the SCORE RESULT row of the score sheet.

The Total Score Adjustment (TSA) is then added to the score roll to determine the total points for that segment. (Note: All six dice can be rolled at once if you wish).

Scoring continues through the end of the game to determine a winner.
