Ahoy Taverneer is an asymmetric Roll&Write board game for 1 to 4 players, telling the story of a retired pirate who doesn't quite want to give up his pirate habits.

Take a pen and 3 dice.
Roll them - these will be the results that apply to all players. You can modify them, at the cost of the number of available actions.
Assign one to each action. You can expand your tavern, you can sail around the Caribbean looking for treasures, crew, goods, fighting merchants or sea monsters, or advertise your tavern on the Nassau city board.
And in the evening, another ship with pirates will sail into port. They will want to spend their gold. Attract them to your tavern.
Decide whether you prefer to host the captain himself, who is rich but likes peace, or maybe officers, looking for good drinks and entertainment, or maybe ordinary crew members, not so rich, but going in a large group.
If you can't even do that, a few townspeople will always visit your tavern.
Make your tavern the most famous among the entire pirate brotherhood!
