Introduction: Abacus is a game of about setting up supply chains to minimize the amount of resources you expend on the board. Players will try to interfere with eachother's supply chains while transferring stones between their own. Is Abacus a Realm-like? Its a matter for debate I suppose. Its certainly less blatantly realm-like than Gliss for instance. Abacus is Corey L. Clark's first game of 2025. A game of Abacus cannot end in a draw.

Setup: To play Abacus you will need a hexhex board between size 4 and size 6 and an unlimited supply of stones in two colors. size 5 (61 cells) is recommended for a standard game and the 37 cell size 4 can be used for a light game.

Gameplay: On a turn you must either place a stone of your color on any empty cell or move a stone in one of the six cardinal directions, in a straight line, through any number of empty cells such that the group the stone moves into is smaller after the movement than the group the stone originated from prior to the movement.

Objective: The objective of Abacus is to have fewer stones than the opponent when the board is full.
